Justin Sun has filed a lawsuit today in California federal court against World Liberty Financial ($WLFI) to protect his rights as a token holder.
In his statement, Sun emphasized: “I have always been — and remain — an ardent supporter of President Trump and his Administration’s efforts to make America crypto friendly. This lawsuit does not change how I feel about President Trump or the Trump Administration.”
He accused certain individuals on the WLFI project team of wrongfully freezing all his tokens, stripping him of governance voting rights, and threatening to permanently destroy (“burn”) his tokens without proper justification. Sun stated he tried to resolve the issue privately but was left with no choice but to take legal action.
