Account Deactivation
Account deactivation allows users to temporarily disable all activities on the ONFA platform when they no longer wish to use the service or for personal security reasons.
When you deactivate your ONFA account:
- All trading and transaction features will be disabled
- You will no longer be able to log in or use any ONFA app features
- Any pending asset withdrawal requests (if applicable) will be canceled
How to Deactivate Your Account
- On the home screen, select Settings
- Choose My Profile
- Tap Deactivate Account
- Review the related terms and conditions carefully
- Select Agree to confirm account deactivation
Important Notes
- Your verified personal information (KYC data) will not be deleted when your account is deactivated
- To reactivate your account, please contact ONFA Support through the official support channels on the app or website
