ONFA Account Security
ONFA places the highest priority on the security of user accounts and digital assets. The ONFA system is built with multiple layers of protection to minimize risks during login, transactions, and asset management.
Below are important steps to help you actively protect your ONFA account throughout your usage.
1. Enable Security Authentication (OTP / 2FA)
To ensure that all activities and transactions are securely verified, ONFA strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP/2FA) immediately after logging in.
2. How to Enable OTP / 2FA
Step 1:
After logging in, go to Account Settings → Security from the home screen.
Step 2:
Select Enable OTP/2FA. The system will send a verification code to your registered email address or phone number.
Step 3:
Enter the verification code and tap Confirm to complete the setup.
Important Notes
- OTP codes automatically change over time and can only be used once for each verification.
- Each ONFA account can be linked to one primary authentication device only.
- When OTP is changed or reset, certain sensitive features may be temporarily restricted for security purposes.
3. Setting Up and Changing Your Password
If you suspect that your login information may have been compromised or if you forget your password, ONFA provides a fast and secure password reset process to help you regain access safely.
4. Change Password
Step 1:
From the home screen, go to Settings → Security.
Step 2:
Select Change Password.
Step 3:
Enter your current password → create a new password → confirm to complete the process.
5. Forgot Password
Step 1:
On the login screen, select Forgot Password.
Step 2:
Enter the email address or phone number registered with your ONFA account.
Step 3:
The system will send a verification code. Enter the code and create a new password.
Note: After changing your password, asset withdrawal features may be temporarily restricted to ensure account security.
6. Transaction Monitoring and Security Alerts
ONFA uses an intelligent transaction monitoring system to quickly detect unusual or suspicious activities, including:
- Login alerts from unfamiliar devices
- Large-value transaction alerts
- Additional verification for sensitive actions
All security notifications are sent directly via email or in-app notifications.
Reporting Fraud and Suspicious Activity
If you notice signs of fraud, impersonation, or any unusual behavior, you can report the issue directly through the ONFA system. Our security team will review and handle the case promptly to protect your account and assets.

From the home screen, select Support → Report Fraud.
Step 2:
Provide all relevant information, such as wallet address, account details, and the suspected issue.
