Account Information
In the Account Information section, users can manage and monitor all personal data, transaction settings, and essential account connections within the ONFA ecosystem.
My Profile
From the home screen, users can tap the profile icon (located in the top-left corner) to access My Profile.
This section displays key account details, including:
- Personal Information: Username, email address, phone number, and ONFA join date.
- Account Status: Shows the account level based on the user’s identity verification (KYC) status.
The account status is determined by the level of identity verification completed. Users may upgrade their account to unlock additional benefits and enjoy more advanced features across the ONFA ecosystem.
Updating Account Information
If users need to update important account details such as:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Full name
- Date of birth
Please submit a support request through the Support section in the ONFA app or contact the official ONFA support team via the platform’s authorized channels. All account information updates are carefully reviewed and controlled to ensure user safety and prevent security risks.
