ONFA Account Opening Policy

To become an ONFA user and enjoy full access to features across the ONFA ecosystem, you need to register and verify your account by following the steps below.

  1. ONFA Account Registration
Users can create an ONFA account through the official ONFA mobile application.

Registration Steps

  • Download the ONFA app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  • On the login screen, select Sign Up.
  • Register using your mobile phone number or email address.
  • Verify your account:
    • Enter the OTP code sent to your phone number (if registering by phone), or
    • Activate your account via the verification email (if registering by email).
  • Log in to the app using your registered information.

Users may also register via a referral link from friends and complete the same registration and verification steps.

  2. Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure account security and unlock essential features, users are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC).

How to Complete KYC

  • On the home screen, select Account Verification.
  • Enter all required personal information accurately.
  • Vietnamese users must verify a registered phone number under their own name.
  • Complete the identity verification process:
    • Take clear photos of the front and back of a valid identification document (Citizen ID or passport).
    • Record a verification video by following the on-screen instructions.

Important Notes

  • Identification documents must be government-issued and valid.
  • Images must be clear, sharp, and uncropped, with no blur or glare.
  • The verification video should show your full face clearly, with adequate lighting.

 

  3. Advanced Verification (Advanced KYC)
After completing basic KYC, users can proceed with Advanced KYC to unlock all features across the ONFA ecosystem.

Benefits of Completing Advanced KYC

  • Unlock full access to trading features and asset transfers
  • Participate in ONFA’s advanced products, programs, and premium features.
  • Enjoy fee discounts and exclusive benefits for fully verified users.

Requirements for Advanced KYC

  • Successfully complete basic KYC verification
  • Complete the first transaction on the app following the system’s instructions

Important Notes: Users must perform transactions with accurate information and follow system guidelines to ensure fast and proper verification records.

  4. Security and Transparency Principles
