Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) continued its aggressive Bitcoin accumulation strategy last week, purchasing an additional 24,869 BTC for approximately $2.01 billion at an average price of $80,985 per BTC.
This is one of the company’s largest weekly purchases in recent months. Despite the relatively high average entry price compared to earlier 2025 levels, Strategy remains unwavering in its belief that Bitcoin is the superior treasury asset. The latest buy further cements its position as one of the largest corporate Bitcoin holders globally.
The move comes amid short-term market volatility but reinforces long-term institutional conviction in Bitcoin as a core reserve asset.
