Official Support Channels<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONFA only receives and processes support requests through <\/span><b>official channels<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> published on the ONFA platform, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ONFA Help Center<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support tickets submitted via the ONFA application<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONFA\u2019s official fanpages and community channels<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verified Telegram and Email channels officially confirmed by ONFA<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONFA is not responsible for any requests submitted through unofficial channels or third parties impersonating ONFA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f0b91d;\">\u00a0 3. Conditions for Submitting a Support Request<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users are required to ensure that they:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clearly describe the issue or support request and attach relevant documents or evidence (if applicable)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the correct support category that matches the issue being reported<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONFA reserves the right to reject or temporarily suspend the processing of support requests in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or lacks valid evidence<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are signs of fraud, impersonation, or violations of applicable laws<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multiple duplicate requests are submitted for the same issue, causing disruption to the support system<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #f0b91d;\">\u00a0 4. Processing Time and Response<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The maximum processing time for each support request is up to 72 hours, calculated from ONFA\u2019s most recent response.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In certain special cases (such as security-related matters, fraud investigations, or third-party technical reviews), additional processing time may be required. ONFA will notify users when an extension is necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Processing time may vary depending on:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The complexity of the issue<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The current system status<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The availability of additional information provided by the user<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #f0b91d;\">\u00a0 5. User Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users are responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actively monitoring responses from ONFA via the Support section of the app or the registered email address<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooperating by providing additional information or documents when requested<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoiding the creation of multiple tickets for the same issue at the same time<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submitting duplicate requests may slow down the resolution process and affect the support queue priority.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f0b91d;\">\u00a0 6. Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONFA provides customer support services on a reasonable-effort and good-faith basis, with the goal of protecting user rights and interests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONFA shall <\/span><b>not be liable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issues caused by user error, including but not limited to (disclosure of login credentials, accessing phishing, fake, or fraudulent links)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service interruptions resulting from objective factors or force majeure events, such as system outages, natural disasters, or external network failures<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that fall outside ONFA\u2019s reasonable control<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f0b91d;\">\u00a0 7. Information Security and Confidentiality<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All information provided by users during the support process will be handled by ONFA as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protected in accordance with ONFA\u2019s current Privacy Policy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Used solely for verification and request resolution purposes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not shared with third parties without the user\u2019s consent, except where disclosure is required by law or competent authorities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONFA is committed to safeguarding user data and maintaining confidentiality throughout the support process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f0b91d;\">\u00a0 8.
