What should I do if I can’t log in to my ONFA account?
Please double-check the email address or phone number and password you used during registration. If you still can’t log in, use the Forgot Password feature or submit a support ticket so the ONFA team can review and assist you.
Why is my account or some features temporarily locked?
Your account or certain features may be temporarily restricted for security reasons, such as logging in from a new device, changing your password, re-activating OTP, or when the system detects unusual activity. These restrictions are automatically lifted after the required security period.
How long does it take to process a support request (ticket)?
ONFA processes support requests within up to 72 hours, in chronological order from oldest to newest. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

ONFA strongly recommends using official channels only to avoid scams or impersonation.
How can I track the status of my support request?
Go to the Support section in the ONFA app to view your ticket status, including Open, In Progress, or Resolved. All updates will also be sent to your registered email address.
